HOW IT ALL STARTED
Warren Service Company, LLC (WSC) was established in 1989 by founder Douglas Warren, a former Baker Oil Tool employee with deep roots in the oil and gas industry. Recognizing an opportunity to serve the region’s growing energy needs, Mr. Warren set out to build a company founded on hard work, reliability, and trusted relationships.
What began as a small, local operation steadily grew over the years into a respected, multi-state service provider. In 2007, Mr. Warren was recognized by the Illinois Oil and Gas Association as Service Person of the Year, honoring his leadership and lasting contributions to the industry.
Today, WSC proudly employs a team of dedicated professionals and continues to expand its services across several states. The company remains family-owned and operated, with Doug’s son, Logan Warren, now guiding daily operations and carrying forward his father’s legacy of excellence and integrity.

We specialize in delivering efficient, cost-effective products and services designed to help our customers complete, treat, fish, core, and work over their wellbores.
Through innovation and experience, WSC has introduced advanced technologies to the basin—enabling operators to stage-frac existing wells with existing perforations, eliminating the need to run liners or drill new wells. HYDRAULIC DEPARTMENT
WSC, LLC also operates a full-service hydraulic shop dedicated to quality, value, and reliability. Our experienced hydraulic mechanics specialize in servicing power tongs and other hydraulic power equipment, both in-shop and in the field. When downtime isn’t an option, our team is ready to make on-site service calls to get customers up and running quickly and efficiently.
